For universities, schools and bootcamps

Your students are already running a job search. Give them somewhere to run it.

Jobyzer is a workspace for the person doing the searching — every application tracked through its full lifecycle, every opportunity scored against criteria they set themselves, every interview reflected on while it is still fresh. Institutions buy seats for their students, annually, by licence count.

Read this first

You will not see your students’ searches.

This is the top of the page because it is the most common request and the answer does not change. An institution with Jobyzer seats sees anonymised aggregates: how many seats are in use, how active the cohort is, how it is spread across the six workflow stages. Never a named student. Never their notes, never a reflection they wrote after a bad interview, never which employer turned them down.

It is a principle, not a setting

The user owns their data — institutions see anonymised aggregates. That is one of the five principles the product is designed against, so there is no configuration screen where it can be turned off for a large enough customer.

It is why the reflections are worth anything

A student who thinks their tutor can read what they wrote after a bad interview writes something else. Structured reflection only produces usable data when the person writing it is being honest, and privacy is what buys that.

It may rule us out, and that is fine

If what you need is per-student progress reporting — who has applied where, who is behind — Jobyzer is not that product and will not become it. Better that you read it here than discover it in week three.

The seat

A seat is the whole product, not a student edition.

There is no cut-down build for sponsored users. A student on an institutional seat gets the same Jobyzer a paying individual gets, because a tool that is visibly the lesser version is a tool they stop opening in March.

  • Every application tracked through the full six-phase workflow, with immutable status history.
  • Weighted scoring criteria they choose and weight themselves, with radar charts and score timelines.
  • Reflection prompts after interviews and recruiter contact, while it is still fresh.
  • The Negotiation View — a chrome-free radar chart they can show a recruiter on a shared screen.
  • Capture from the phone share sheet and the browser extension, so a posting takes seconds rather than retyping.
  • Mentor feedback links, for an adviser who wants to comment on one search without an account in it.
The Jobyzer jobs grid. Twelve applications in a table with columns for company, role, status, stage, score out of twenty and last activity, filtered by quick filters along the top.
Your side

What you actually see.

Enough to know the licence is being used and where a cohort is getting stuck. Nothing that identifies a student.

Seats in use

How many of the licences you bought have been activated, and how many are sitting idle.

Cohort activity

Whether the cohort is using it, in aggregate and over time. Not who, and not how much each.

Stage distribution

How the cohort spreads across the six workflow stages — where a group is bunching up, and where it thins out.

And nothing else

No names, no job titles, no employers, no notes, no reflections, no scores, no messages.

There is no screenshot of this on the page, and that is on purpose. The institution view has not been designed yet. Every other image on this site is a real render of a real Jobyzer screen, and we are not going to make an exception for a mock-up of something that does not exist. Ask us for a walkthrough of where it actually stands before you buy on it.

Licensing

Annual, by licence count, and you talk to a person.

An annual term, to a maximum

You agree a maximum number of concurrent seats for the year and assign them as students arrive. It is a ceiling, not a fixed roster — a student who leaves frees their seat.

Priced on the number of students

Which is why there is no figure on this page. Tell us roughly how many students you would cover and we will give you one; a number published here would be a number for somebody else’s cohort.

Not a card payment

There is no self-serve checkout for this. A two-hundred-seat order goes through a conversation, a commercial agreement and a data processing agreement — not a payment form.

Data

Whose data it is, and what happens when the agreement ends.

You are paying for the seat. You are not buying the search that happens in it.

Separate agreements

An institutional licence is a commercial agreement with a data processing agreement attached — not the consumer Terms of Service, which continues to govern the student’s own relationship with Jobyzer.

The student’s rights are the student’s

Export and erasure are available to them at any point, directly, and neither requires your involvement or survives your objection.

The search outlives the seat

If the agreement ends — the year finishes, the student leaves, you move to something else — their data is not deleted with the licence. It survives plan expiry as a matter of product principle.

Later, and not yet

Reaching your own students, eventually.

Not built. On the roadmap: a way to put job-search information in front of the students on your licence — openings you have been sent, partner employers, placement opportunities. Two limits are already fixed: it will carry job-search content and nothing else, and it will arrive grouped rather than as a stream, because notification fatigue is a named enemy in this product and a broadcast channel is the quickest way to create it. It is not part of what you would be buying today.
